As a general rule, we recommend at least one headset for a gathering of 4 to 5 peoples at your event. We do of course suggest up to 4 headsets for a larger event. This allows everyone to have a turn without long wait times. For a more personalized recommendation, contact us with your event details.
Yes! All our rental packages include a selection of games and experiences appropriate for your event type and audience. We'll work with you to ensure the content matches your needs and preferences.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend events or larger rentals. For corporate events or large parties, 2 weeks notice is ideal.
Meta recommends their headsets for ages 13+, but we have content suitable for supervised children as young as 7. For younger users, we recommend shorter sessions and age-appropriate content, which our team can help select.
For the best experience, we recommend a clear space of about 6.5 x 6.5 feet per headset. However, many experiences can be enjoyed in smaller spaces or even while seated. Our team will help assess your venue during setup.
